Benefits

Romeo Power offers rich benefits packages, many of which we cover at 100% for you and your eligible dependents.
Employees are also eligible to enroll in Romeo Power’s 401(k) plan after three months of employment.
Romeo Power also covers $20,000 per employee in basic life and AD&D insurance at no cost to you.

Vacation Time

Romeo Power provides a generous amount of vacation time with Unlimited Discretionary Time Off (DTO) for exempt employees and 120 hours of annual Paid Time Off (PTO) for non-exempt employees. We also have paid holidays and offer 40 hours of sick time at the beginning of each year.
